    Cancellation Policy

  • All lodge cancellations will have a cancellation fee equal to 4% plus tax or $50 plus tax, whichever is greater, of the deposit paid. Cabins and Lodge Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund minus the cancellation fee. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Except for Bike Week Bookings August 1 – 16.
  • 50% of stay due at time of booking.
  • You will receive a rental agreement to sign and return upon booking.
