The lodge is a large two story vacation home situated on the back side of Lake Park Campground and Cottages. Deer Glen Lodge like its name has a spacious surroundings where wild life come and go on a regular basis. The property connects to Canyon lake where you might enjoy renting a paddle boat to explore the lake or a bike to experience the paved bike path. Deer glen is perfect for those with a large group or needing a great reunion headquarters. The Lodge offers something for everyone, from a cozy nook to read the latest novel, a comfortable living room equipped with cable TV and DVD player, or the large grassy lawn for a game of crochet, volleyball, Frisbee, or softball. For the fisherman in the group, the lake is a short stroll away. It is set up so that each level is self sufficient on its own and can be shut off from the other level. The lower level has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are very spacious and each have two queen beds. The third bedroom is smaller and has one bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room, for a total of six beds on the lower level. The full kitchen is equipped for basic cooking and eating. A large ground level deck wraps around two sides of the house and has a gas grill for cooking. . The lower level has a washer and drier for laundry. The Lodge is equipped with cable TV in both levels, and has a large two and a half car garage suitable for indoor gatherings. The Upper level has one bedroom with two beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room. It has one bathroom and a full size kitchen with dining area. The upper and lower units connect by a common door at the top of the stairway . Like all of our units, the lodge comes equipped with all towels and linens. It is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
