Cancellation Policy's

Cottages - Cancellation requires a two week advanced notice. If cancellation notice is given less then 14 days prior to arrival date you will be responsible for any reserved nights that are not re-rented. If cancellation notice is given 14 days or more prior to arrival date your responsibility will be a cancellation fee of $35.00 per cottage. Cancellations on Deer Glenn Vacation Lodge and the Three Bedroom will forfiet the deposit. Special events, some holidays, or large groups may have a longer cancellation requirement..

Deer Glen Vacation Lodge and Three Bedroom Cottage - Cancellations require a 30-day advance notice to cancel. If cancellation is given less than 30 days prior to your arrival date you will be responsible for your entire reservation less any nights that are re-rented. If cancellation is given 30 days or more prior to your arrival date, you will forfiet your deposit.

Tent's / RV's - Cancellation requires a 48 hour advanced notice. If cancellation notice is given less then 48 hours prior to arrival date you will be responsible for any reserved nights that are not re-rented. If cancellation notice is given 48 hours or more prior to arrival date your responsibility will be a cancellation fee of $10.00 per site. Special events, some holidays, or large groups may have a longer cancellation requirement.
